14 Day Returns

If you're not 100% happy with your new radiator please return it within 14 days and we will refund your money - Please call us first on 01845 595945.

The item must not have been used or installed and be returned undamaged to our premises with all the original packaging and in a resalable condition. If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse you the amount in relation to goods and any standard delivery charge (if paid).

Damaged Items

It is the Purchaser's responsibility to inspect the goods within a reasonable time. Where damage is readily ascertainable on delivery, please sign accordingly – ‘damaged’ or similar. The Seller will not be liable for damaged goods unless this is reported to the delivery agent at the time of delivery and in writing to the Seller as soon as possible. We may ask you for digital images.

 

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, please contact us by telephone on 01845 595945 in the first instance as we may be able to rectify any issue over the phone. We may ask you for digital images or that you return the item to us to verify that the fault exists, should we find no fault with a returned item you will be liable for the return cost of the product.

 

Incorrect Item Received
