For a limited time only Electric Radiator Solutions are offering FREE DELIVERY on all its products to mainland UK and Scottish Islands. Free UK delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Next day delivery is not guaranteed.

 

Delivery FAQs

1) Can I choose my delivery day?

Yes. You can select the delivery day when placing your order. The earliest delivery date for orders placed over the weekend (Sat & Sun) will be the following Tuesday.

2) When will my delivery arrive?

During the checkout process you will select a day for delivery. You will be advised of the method of transport (Parcelforce courier/Haulage company) and receive a tracking and contact reference so you can keep track of your order every step of the way.

3) Can I select morning or afternoon delivery?

Yes. You can select AM or PM for an extra charge of £10

4) What happens if I am not in for my delivery?

We strongly recommend you are available to receive your delivery on your selected day. If delivery is via Parcelforce they have an interactive text service advising when delivery will arrive with options for rescheduling to another day, delivering to a neighbour or delivery to a convenient post office branch. If you don’t reschedule and you are not in, Parcelforce will leave a card through the letterbox. Please follow the instructions on the card.

If your delivery is by Haulage Company you will have to collect from the depot. This could be several miles away. If you require re-delivery there will be a charge (postcode dependant).

5) Do you deliver to my postcode?

We currently deliver to mainland UK and Scottish Islands free of charge. Next day delivery is available to Parcelforce Zone 1 areas. For Zone 2 areas (see postcodes below) – delivery will take 2-4 working days

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25 are subject to a £15 charge per box minimum.

Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an international destination.

6) Do I have to be in to sign for my delivery?

Yes. All deliveries must be signed for at the delivery address by a person aged 16 or above.

7) Can I get updates on my delivery time?

Yes. You can contact the courier/haulage company.

8) Is there an extra charge for weekend deliveries?

Yes. Saturday delivery is an extra £20 per item.

9) Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes. Monday – Friday only. Orders must be placed before midday the day before.

10) Will you call me before my delivery arrives?

If you have provided us with a mobile number Parcelforce will send a text 1 - 1 ½ hours before delivery.

11) What is standard delivery?

Standard delivery is delivery between 7:00am and 6:00pm on your selected day, Monday to Friday only (excluding bank holidays).

12) My delivery has arrived damaged - what are my options?

It is the Purchaser's responsibility to inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Where damage is readily ascertainable from inspection the Seller will not be liable for damaged goods unless this is reported to the delivery agent at the time of delivery and in writing to the Seller as soon as possible. We may ask you for digital images.

13) My delivery has arrived but there was an item missing?

Please check your delivery confirmation to see how many boxes have been despatched. Accessories such as feet, wheels and remote control will be inside the radiator box and will be marked accordingly. For multiple consignments of boxes, please use the track and trace on the Parcelforce website, checking individual tracking numbers. It is possible for 2 x different Parcelforce drivers to bring part loads.

14) Can I specify a time for delivery?

No not an exact time. You can specify the day of delivery and also upgrade to specific AM or PM at an extra charge of £10. This must be done at the time of ordering and cannot be upgraded once the order has been despatched.

15) Will the delivery team take my radiator order up the stairs?

No - Delivery shall be to the address stated on the order form. Carriage of all Electric Radiator Solutions products covers delivery to the GROUND FLOOR only of a delivery address. Our carriers may refuse to deliver to either above or below ground floor level.  For health and safety reasons and to minimise any risk of accidental damage you may be asked to provide some form of assistance at the point of delivery. 

16) Are there any places where delivery might take longer?

17) Can I send an order to more than one delviery address?

Yes but we require payment to be made by bank transfer. Only when cleared funds have been received can we despatch. We are not responsible for funds not being cleared within a subject period of time.
