We offer FREE delivery, Monday to Friday only (excluding bank holidays), next day delivery is available. Saturday delivery is extra (£20 per item). Find out more here.

We keep everything in stock. In the unlikely event that we run out of stock, you will be notified at the time of ordering.

Please measure the room(s) accurately and complete our 'Get A Quote' form on the website. It is vital to get the correct power for the room size.

Our price list and product pages have a room size guide next to each radiator. This is only a guide and is based on the room having one outside wall. Please consider higher wattage if in any doubt.

Next day delivery is possible only if you order before 12 midday the day before. Available Monday to Friday. Bank holidays and weekends not included.

Deliveries to UK recipients in UK zones 1-3 are usually made between 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected. A Saturday service is available to the majority of UK destinations for an additional fee of £20 per item. Deliveries are typically between 7.00 am and 1 pm.

We are currently offering FREE standard delivery on all our products to mainland UK and Scottish Islands.

During the checkout process you will select a day for delivery. You will be advised of the method of transport and receive a tracking number and contact reference so you can keep track of your order every step of the way.

We strongly recommend you stay in to receive your delivery on your selected day. If delivery is via Parcelforce they have an interactive text service advising when delivery will arrive, with options for rescheduling to another day, delivering to a neighbour or convenient post office branch. If you don’t reschedule and you are not in, Parcelforce will leave a card through the letterbox. Please follow the instructions on the card.

If your delivery is by Haulage Company you will have to collect from the depot. This could be several miles away. If you require re-delivery there will be a charge (postcode dependant).

Ordinarily no. Contact will be made with you via the courier before your delivery arrives either by text message, e-mail or if delivered on a pallet a telephone call. We always agree a delivery day with you and we strongly recommend you are in to receive it

Yes. You can select the delivery day when placing your order.

Please check the troubleshooting guide in the back of the instructions. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, please contact us by telephone on (01845) 595945 in the first instance as we may be able to rectify any issue over the phone. We may ask you for digital images or that you return the item to us to verify that the fault exists, should we find no fault with a returned item you will be liable for the return cost of the product.
